Steam King Carpet Care was great. The carpeted areas of my home look brand new. The company was very upfront and consistent in terms of information and expectations, including pricing. I thought the scheduling process was a bit cumbersome and could use some improvement but everyone that I encountered in the company, from the initial person I called and spoke with to the two gentlemen that came out to do the cleaning were professional and courteous. In terms of the quality of the work - its pretty much the best I've seen. They moved the furniture and placed plastic protector tabs underneath them. I had coffee stains that had been in the carpet for over 2 months and they indicated that they may not be able to completely remove the stains. Guess what? It's gone. And they worked quickly. I couldn't believe it but they were in and out in under and hour. I would highly recommend this company.

I used Steam King Carpet Care after a leaking garbage bag stained our carpeted staircase leading out from our living room. Not only did they go out of their way to meet us at our house at an odd hour, but they did an exceptional job getting the stain out of our carpet (even after warning us that it might not come all the way out!) Thank goodness it did -- our carpet looks brand spankin' new! This is the second time we have used Steam King Carpet care and I can honestly say that I would not use anyone other than them from this point on.
